Repairs - Inspections - Maintenance:
Done with a combination of hourly and material charges.
Roofing experience includes metal flashings for chimneys, walls, valleys, etc.
Your roof receives some degree of damage yearly from rain, wind, snow and ice.
A 25 year shingle system, on average, will last between 8 and 12 years before problems will ocur,
and will last an average of 16 to 20 years before it prematurely fails completely.
With an inspection & maintenance program, you can avoid the headaches of the leaks and meet,
or in many cases, even excede the expected life span of the roof system.

Re-roof / Tear Off:
<> Remove existing roofing materials.
<> Replace / repair decking if needed.
<> Install new underlayment (ice & water shield and felt paper).
<> Replace eave, valley, wall, chimney and pipe flashings.
<> Replace ventilation units (louver or ridge vents)
<> Make sure proper ventilation is installed.
<> Install new roof system.
<> Clean-up of all debree from old and new materials and haul them away.
New Construction:
Routine varies from one contractor to another, but we always install:
Drip edge, shingles, ventilation, and flashings.
We also install the underlayment (felt paper and ice & water shield) as well, when requested.
(Underlayment is normally done by the framers on new construction work).
We always clean up our mess as we go.
Lay-Over Services Include:
<> Remove small sections of existing roof system for proper inspection of roof deck.
<> Remove tabs of existing shingles (3 courses up from eave).
<> Cut exsisting shingles overhang on gables back flush and install new dripedge.
<> Remove all existing hip & ridge caps.
<> Remove tabs of existing shingles from all valleys.
<> Visual inspection of all existing wall and chimney flashings (both sub and counter flashings).
<> Install new roof system.
<> Clean-up of all debree from old and new materials and haul them away.
