Roof Inspection - Maintenance - Repairs
Cost of Inspection and Maintenance:
Will be determined by the size (square footage) and design (slope of roof)
of your home or small business.
Work Description:
1) Remove all debree such as leaves, fallen twigs, children's toys and dad's gulf balls from the
roof.
2) Examine all roof penetrations such as chimneys, walls, ventilation units, exhaust fans and
valleys.
3) Clean all debree from spouting and check for loose fasteners including eave flashing and
down spouts.
4) Check exterior wall coverings, siding panels, brick, etc.
Cost of Repairs:
Will be determined by time & material.
Work Description:
1) We will note problem areas and estimate the cost of repairing them.
There will be no additional charge for noting/estimating problem areas because the cost of this service is
included in the inspection & maintenance portion.
2) We will inform you (the home owner or small business owner)
of the problem areas prior to doing the repair and only after you have given us consent.
Repairs will/should not be needed upon every inspection & maintenance visit,
thus we have seperate charges for the actual repair work.
Recommended Schedule*:
1) Twice per year in a wooded area.
2) Twice per year in a high wind area.
3) Once per year if neither 1 nor 2 apply to your area.
*If your roof was installed properly, you can get a way with less frequent inspections, but your
roof and gutters still collect debree through out the year. Thusly, regular inspections are a very
important part in achieving the full life-span of your roofing system.
These services will:
1) Save you money by:
A) Prolonging the life span of your roof by years.
B) Finding and solving problems sooner rather than later.
C) Decreasing your chances of interior damage that are frequently caused by roof leaks.
2) Eliminate the cosmetic eyesores of missing and damaged materials.
3) Add a selling point should you decide to sell.
4) Possible discount point for your insurance company. |
